WHAT DOES UV SEALING COST?

WHAT DOES MAINTENANCE COST?
Maintence is machinery cleaning, lubrication and keeping the UV "bulb"
operational. A one-shift operation averages $1,500/yr. Maintenance of an
automated adhesive applicator is usually a few hundred dollars/year. |
WHAT DOES ADHESIVE COST?
Adhesive costs vary based on type of seam (spot seal vs. full perimeter) and seam length/width. A 6X9 clamshell averages ¼¢ to ¾¢ when automated adhesive application is used and ½¢ to 1 ½¢ for manual application.
