RPET is widely accepted as an eco-friendly non-bio-plastic. It tends to cost less than most PET derivatives and is competitively priced with PCR and PVC. This adhesive formulation seals quickly (at conveyor speeds) and
invisibly (clear). This adhesive works well with PET, APET, PETG and other PET derivatives.
A secure bond is formed when clean surfaces make contact with the adhesive (when conveyed through Simpl-Seal®).
Designated as "3083," this adhesive is available in single liters, cases, and in multi-liter buckets.

3083 is available "B2C" (Blue-To-Clear). Adhesive shows blue until UV-Cured (then clear). Ideal for visual verification of adhesive application.
What does it cost?
Average cost is about a 1/4 cent to 1 cent per seal. Cost offsets come from reduced energy and no
tooling. These often save over $10,000/year (well over a million average seals).
Sealing Option...
Due to seal strength, many packagers utilize spot sealing instead of full-perimeter sealing (reduces adhesive consumption).

Is it sticky or hard to handle?
Neither is the case. Adhesive
is “wet” until cured, but it is between layers of packaging, so wet handling is neither messy nor sticky and, as with most liquids, mishaps wipe up.
