PVC, PLA, PCR, RPET, Polycarbonate, PET and PET derivative adhesives are available in "thick" formulations. Thick adhesive has higher "tack" qualities. When packaging does not "snap together" (like a clamshell does), tacking can assist in sealing by holding surfaces together, such as a blister to a card.
A secure bond is formed when the surfaces make contact with the adhesive and are then conveyed through Simpl-Seal®.
Card-and-blister applications are ideally suited to fully automated assembly and sealing operations. Card-and-blister adhesive improves production.

What does it cost?
Average cost is about a 1/5 cent to 3/4 cent per seal. Cost offsets come from reduced energy and no
tooling. These often save over $10,000/year (over 2 million average seals).
Sealing Note...
Sealing plastic to paper with adhesive is how card-and-blister has been done, for decades. This adhesive is cool and fast.

Is it sticky or hard to handle?
No. Adhesive
is “wet” until cured, but it is between layers of packaging, so wet handling is neither messy nor sticky and, as with most liquids, mishaps wipe up.
