Partner Pak does not have "extra plastic" for dies/tooling to hold onto (no dies/tooling). Predecessor processes often need extra plastic and this trim (cutoff) becomes scrap or it stays with the package. Either way, it is wasted and unnecessary.

Partner Pak promotes JIT (Just In Time) production. JIT produces "to order" not "for inventory." JIT has no overruns. JIT means less inventory and less overrun waste.
