COMPLETED PACKAGES (sealing speed) is the most telling and valuable difference.
A. Partner Pak uses a continuous conveyor to apply adhesive and then pass packages past a
    UV-light, to seal. Continuous! No delays! Sealing speed potential is belt speed.
B. The process that uses a press to squeeze-and-fuse-a-seal has a “cycle.” The cycle's time is
    a bottleneck. Sealing speed cannot increase beyond the cycle’s ability to repeat.

Assume a 9x7 clamshell. What is the speed potential? (Conveyor speed max is 80fpm)
        7sec cycle = 514/cycles/hr     20fpm = 2400/seals/hr
        6sec cycle = 600/cycles/hr     30fpm = 3600/seals/hr
        5sec cycle = 720/cycles/hr     40fpm = 4800/seals/hr
        4sec cycle = 900/cycles/hr     50fpm = 6000/seals/hr

SEALING SPEED (or lack of it) IS WHY ASSEMBLY AUTOMATION SUCCEEDS (or fails). Cycle time is a bottleneck that slows down all automation (and slowing reduces payback on capital).

SEALING ENERGY used with Partner Pak is much lower 5-to-1 to 10-to-1… pure amperage.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE is significantly less with Partner Pak (attests to technology gap).

PRE-RUN SET UP takes minutes with Partner Pak and hours with dies, press, etc.

DIES are a significant difference. Partner Pak doesn’t have, maintain or pay for them.

PLASTIC TYPE and application are a differences. Partner Pak has no restrictions on plastic.
