The Partner Pak Challenge is an opportunity for you, at no obligation, to see the Partner Pak process, as it applies to your packaging. The implied challenge is to evaluate the difference between what you are doing now and what packaging could be like with Partner Pak.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Send a sample of completed, sealed packaging that was done with your existing process
2. Send a half-dozen-or-so sets of unassembled/unsealed components of the same package
3. Describe the current assembly/sealing process, machinery type and production volume
    Note: For multiple products, multiple samples are recommended.

RECOMMENDED ADDITIONS
4. Identify the procedures of the current process that work very well (no need for change)
5. Identify the procedures of the current process that need a better way (needing change)
6. Provide a review of the entire packaging process (from raw materials to finished goods)

WHAT PARTNER PAK DOES
• Analysis of package design (could it be more effective?)
• Analysis of package sustainability (what is its “landfill friendliness?”)
• Manually (no automation) assemble/seal one sample (verifies workability)
• Use/test automation with each component (verify automation potential) (provide samples)

WHAT PARTNER PAK PRODUCES
• Report of findings, related to manual process and production potential/changes
• Report of findings, related to automation
• Cost estimate for manual and automated process

IF RECOMMENDED ADDITIONS PROVIDED Partner Pak will produce a comparative review of the potential impact on 4,5 & 6. In this review will be optional opportunities you may look into, such as JIT (Just In Time) production, environmental responsiveness, etc.
