Assembly Process (done upside down): A. ClamTop is filled with merchandise B. Card is "fitted" to ClamTop's proud-points C. UV adhesive is applied to proud-points D. ClamBottom "snapped" to ClamTop E. Package "sees" the UV light to set the seal Note: Clamshell is bonded thru the card (not to the card as with predecessor methods). Note: Any or all of steps A thru E may be automated. |
